Shipping Expectations

Every Van & Only tee is printed just for you after you order, because apparently making questionable life choices on demand takes a little time. Most orders arrive within 6–10 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or rare color and size availability issues, delivery may take a little longer. Think of it as a test of your patience. Remember, patience is a survivor's best tool out there.

Returns & "Something Went Wrong" Policy

Look, we want you to love your gear. If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or just plain wrong, we’ll make it right — that’s on us.

Here’s the deal:
• Got something damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect? We’ll sort it with a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
• You have 30 days from delivery to let us know.
• Please include your order number and a few clear photos so we can investigate the problem without needing a detective hat.
• Because every tee is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns for sizing errors, color preference, or change of mind. Please check the size guide before ordering.

Want it Oversized? If you want that trendy, "I’m hiding from my responsibilities" oversized look, we highly recommend sizing up 1 or 2 sizes.

Washing Instructions

(Please don’t destroy it immediately.)

Cold wash only — hot water is for people who still believe they have their life together.
Turn inside out before washing.
Wash with similar colours unless chaos is the goal.
Tumble dry low or hang dry.
Don’t iron directly on the print unless disappointment is part of the aesthetic.

UK Customers: A Small Shipping Reality Check

Comfort Colors tees are a bit of a legend in the US — heavyweight, garment-dyed, soft, vintage-looking, and annoyingly hard to replace once you get used to them. They are not always easy to find in the UK, but yes, you can still get your hands on one here.

Some of the best colors may ship from an EU production partner, because of course the nicest colors had to make life complicated. UK orders can sometimes take up to 14 business days
including production and delivery. Yeah, we know, we love next day delivery too. This is not that. Not instant. Still worth it.
